EXPLORE LAKE TAHOE

In Lake Tahoe, there’s always more beneath the surface. When you take your time and let the moment lead the way, you’ll find experiences as deep as the lake itself. If you’re coming early or staying late, we encourage you to get out and explore everything that Tahoe has to offer.

  • Get Outside: Fresh alpine air is simply good for the soul. Head outdoors to experience immaculate beaches, adventures on the trails hiking or biking, water sports, impossibly picturesque rounds of golf, and more.

  • Hit the Town: There's tons of fun things to do around town and indoors, too. Take a break from the elements to shop at one-of-a-kind boutiques, explore local art galleries, experience nightlife at the casinos, and more.

  • Eat & Drink: Whether you want to grab a quick bite or enjoy multiple courses lakeside, Lake Tahoe has you covered. Check out the area’s best casual restaurants, fine dining, bars and breweries, coffee shops and bakeries, and more.

  • Travel Sustainably: We can all do our part to protect Lake Tahoe’s natural beauty, so it can continue to inspire people for generations to come. When you come here, we ask that you not only respect the environment, but that you also Make a Clear Difference by going above and beyond to travel sustainably.
